center's (NBC) Aviation Management (am) directorate
The NBC's Aviation Management
Directorate's primary goals are "...to raise the safety standards,
increase the efficiency, and promote the economical operation of
aircraft activities in the Department of the Interior." and "...to
be the preferred Center of Excellence..." to achieve customer
service excellence by anticipating and responding to customer
requirements by consistently measuring and meeting customer
satisfaction goals for all lines of business in its cooperative
operations with federal and state entities as well.
The NBC AM provides service offerings
that include; Aviation Safety Services, Aviation Program Management
Services, Aviation User Training, and Flight Scheduling and
Coordination Services.
