The AM web site publishes numerous documents using
the Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF). This icon next to a document means that it has been formatted in (PDF).
To display or print the document, you must download & install
the free Adobe Acrobat® Reader™. Follow the directions on
the Adobe® web site to install and configure the reader for use
with your web browser.
NOTE: When printing a file remember to use the "Print" button in the Acrobat®
Reader™ Plug-in and not your web browsers "Print"
button.
To save a (PDF) file to your PC, "Right Click" on the (PDF)
file, choose "Save Target As..."(Internet Explorer) or
"Save Link As..." (Netscape Navigator), you will
then be asked to choose a location/directory on your PC to save the
file.
PDF FILL-IN FORM INSTRUCTIONS
To view, complete and print Adobe® Portable
Document Format (PDF) fill-in forms you'll need the Adobe
Acrobat® Reader™ (or later) software installed on your computer.
Acrobat Reader does not allow you to save
your completed form to disk. The ability to save a
completed form is only available commercially with the Adobe Acrobat 3.0
(or later) product suite.
Completing the PDF Fill-In Form
To save a (PDF) file to your PC,
"Right Click" on the (PDF) file, choose "Save Target As..."(Internet
Explorer) or "Save Link As..." (Netscape
Navigator), you will then be asked to choose a
location/directory on your PC to save the file.
Once you have saved the file to your
local PC use the Acrobat Reader to open the document.
Select the hand tool from the Acrobat toolbar menu. You can use the
hand tool to move the page around so that you can view all the areas
on it.
Position the hand pointer inside a form field and click, the cursor
will change to an I-beam to allow you to enter text.
Press Tab to accept the changes you made to the field and go to the
next field.
Press Shift + Tab to back up to the previous field.
Use your mouse to select an area of the form that is not
inside a form field before printing your form. If a form
field is active (contains the blinking bar) the contents will not
print.
